East Bentleigh Dental group is a dental clinic based in East Bentleigh, Victoria. The dental clinic offers a lot of different services ranging from general services, dental implants to cosmetic needs.

The practice wanted to differentiate the clinic with other dental services and wanted to position brand as a premier dental practice with experts to provide holistic dental services. They decided it was time for a change. They wanted something better… something that told their story and would help them convert more of their website visitors into new patients. Little did they know this new project would also dramatically improve their search rankings and generate even more website visitors & patients.

The Objective

EBDG came with a requirement of a completely new website for their clinic to increase conversion and attract new patients. They had been in the business for quite a long time, but their business had worked mostly on referrals, and their existing website did not convert traffic to enquiries and only ranked for branded keywords on search engine.

The Challenge

EBDG wanted to establish a marketing leading online presence. They wanted to present a very clean professional website to showcase their services, their experienced personnel and their commitment to providing excellent dental care.

They also wanted to make it easy for potential clients to find them online. In addition to their online branding and marketing needs, they also required hosting and maintenance for their website.

As many new dental practices frequently opened in the area, EBDG faced the challenge of standing out in the crowd. Despite advanced technology, a knowledgeable dental team, and high-quality treatments, EBDG had minimal online exposure and required the power of a robust digital marketing strategy to be found online and generate a proper amount of new patient inquiries (leads).

  • The main challenge was to create a website that represents the brand’s trust, reliability, and uniqueness, as the website was going to be the face of the practice.
  • The client had come up with some UI specifications of how the website needed to look and we needed to change their perception according to their brief.
  • The website had to cover all necessary information regarding the firm and a very accessible contact us option for the visitors.

The Solution

  • From the start, the ZOFELA team recognized that a significant percentage of online traffic to the EBDG Website originated on mobile devices, so the first order of business was developing a mobile-optimized website featuring cutting-edge design, engaging content and functionality.
  • Once the website was transformed into a strong marketing tool, ZOFELA could create a comprehensive Search Engine Optimisation strategy, starting by fine-tuning a keyword strategy focused on important industry and local search terms that would rank in top positions of search engine results pages where they would generate leads organically at a good pace via Google and other major local search engines on an ongoing basis.
  • The third piece of the puzzle was creating a smart paid ad strategy to target ideal patients based on interests and location. Pay-Per-Click Ads on Google would showcase EBDG in top first page positions, immediately boosting brand awareness and quickly bringing in high-quality inquiries.
  • We also created the awareness campaign which would follow the website visitors until they make an enquiry through a series of ads that will inspire a prospect to take an action.
